This is a group to organize local pick-up games of Ultimate Frisbee, in and around the Richmond, VA area. If you're unfamiliar with the sport, Ultimate Frisbee(UF) is essentially football played with a frisbee, except the minor fact that you can't run if you have the disc. Fun times at the beach. This co-ed group is for anyone interested in playing ultimate frisbee. Total experienced and beginners welcomed.  We'll teach you the rules and how to throw and catch the frisbee. Ultimate is a fast-paced game combining elements of soccer, basketball and football.  Be prepared to run alot. Come try it out.  You'll see why its called the Ultimate sport.
