This is a group of African American Skiers, Hikers, Campers, Kayakers, Cyclist, Runners, Indoor Rock Climbers, and overall adventure seekers, who are welcoming to all who have a desire to participate in our events and help to develop and grow our love for outdoor activities. Most importantly, we seek members who are interested in traveling to local mountains, internationally resorts, and throughout the USA to seek the best available outdoor terrain for our activities.

This will be an easy way to invite others to join in when we want to go on a bike ride in or from Baltimore City. The rides should be recreational, not competitive. I lead or am part of several weekly rides, and I think others may want to ride but do not want to go riding alone. Each ride may have its own character, but anyone who cycles is welcome. Helmets are highly recommended.

This is a group for hikers of all levels.  We have novice hikes for beginners, which are paced for everyone's needs, under 3 miles, and easy terrain.  We also have weekly hikes that are moderate or strenuous for more experienced hikers.  The hikes will be labeled as "easy" (mainly flat, walking), "moderate" (a mix of some hills and flat trail) or "strenuous/difficult" (steep hills or rock scrambling). 20s and 30s Hiking Around Maryland offers local hikes that meet on the weekends. These hikes are generally from 2-12 miles and easy to hard.  There are some hikes that will be moderate-difficult to difficult, so please check the skill level of a hike before you RSVP. Baltimore Challenge organizes one-day urban races in Baltimore, MD for active adventure-seekers. Our first race is taking place on Saturday, July 3rd and will repeat every few months thereafter. Let's get together for some outside adventures! We like to have easy hikes the whole family can enjoy. Hikes will be scheduled throughout the week, including daytime, evening, and weekend hikes in relatively close proximity to Baltimore City. Places like Stoney Run, Irvine Nature Center, Cromwell Valley Park can be explored with little ones. It will be a slower pace to let children explore plants, bugs, sounds and anything they might find interesting along the way!

This is a group for skiers and snowboarders in their 20's and 30's looking to meet new people and have fun on the slopes!

Active Excursions will  be doing free night hikes at Patapsco every other Wednesday night at 8:00PM.   Active Excursions, has paid all meetup.com fee's so we can keep these trips free! The Chesapeake Audubon Society works in the Maryland region to promote the stewardship of natural ecosystems through conservation, restoration, education, and advocacy. We schedule hikes, canoe trips, and educational events throughout the year to help members and guests learn about birds, plants, and the natural world around them. Beginners are welcome!

I created the Baltimore Adult Soccer League to provide a social way for men and women of all skill levels to play good, quality 11 v 11 soccer. We play on the best outdoor soccer field in Canton (right across from Du Burns arena). Registration is open for the Coed league, which begins August 21st. Welcome to the Baltimore Social Sports meetup page.  We have several social sports leagues in the Baltimore Metro Area, our leagues include the Baltimore Bocce League, Baltimore Skeeball League and the Baltimore Alumni Flag football League.  We will use this page to organize all our events (end of season parties, registration deadlines and giveaways throughout the year!

We are an adult Lacrosse team participating in the Maryland Masters Lacrosse League as well as tournaments around the country. Our members are from all over but concentrated in and around the Baltimore / Annapolis area. We are a highly social group that enjoys playing lacrosse as well as promoting the education and interest of the sport to other adults, children and the community. Many of our members are current or former coaches and have played lacrosse at every level.
