Workouts usually vary from 30-50 minutes and involve a lot of bodyweight workouts and high intensity interval training. This group is for those who like to go out for sporty activities around Eindhoven. I started the group because I like to go out cycling, running, or swimming after work and I'm looking for more people to join me. Also I like to create the opportunity for others with similar sport mindedness to organise their own activities.

There are two great halls for indoor wall climbing in the Hague, but no meetup groups for them. Till now! Everybody who really wants to go indoor rock climbing but doesn't always have a belayer to go with: this is your chance to go climbing and make new friends! Contact the organiser if you've never climbed before or don't know how/don't feel secure enough to belay.

Members of this meetup are boardsporters who are looking to progress safely with practice partners.
